Operation Principle
The principle of operation of this self-priming, air-operated glue piston metering pump for high viscosity materials is as follows: A pneumatic piston transfers force via piston rods to the liquid piston inside the suction line. The process is controlled by a reversing valve in the pneumatic section. The pump strokes are controlled by a battery-operated electronic controller and a 3/2-way piezo valve in conjunction with the pneumatic motor.
