materials to various surfaces at high pressure. Although the gun looks like a handy air spray gun, the KS 5 works on the airless principle, in which the spray jet is generated solely by the pressure forcing the material through the nozzle. The nozzle opening determines the contour of the jet leaving the tip. A wide range of airless nozzles are available, including special super finish nozzles for high polish finishes which are working at reduced pressure. Nozzle are made from stainless steel or carbide (option). Another feature: the polymer-anodized main body enables quick cleaning and easy maintenance of the gun.
The Krautzberger KS 5 is particularly suited for corrosion protection, PVC sealing of auto body welds and the application of lacquers and stains in the wood and furniture industry. Krautzberger also offers KS 5 accessories such as high-pressure piston pumps, hoses, high-pressure material pressure regulators and filters.
