2K color mixing system for five colors

Binks has introduced a new 2K dosing/mixing system, the “Binks Gems”. The system can be operated via a large, operator-friendly 7” color touch screen display. On-screen and downloadable auditing data are standard and help to improve reduce paint resin and solvent usage during the spraying process. The programmable “Flush To Reduce Wastage” feature allows to reduce solvent waste by up to 65% by utilizing air and solvent, rather than solvent on its own, to flush mixed materials quickly. The system supports low pressure applications up to 5 colors (options: single, three, or five color) and can be configured for the use with 2 spray guns.
